S31 Sukhumvit Hotel

Wow!! We booked this hotel as a last minute thing as we were too tired to head home. What a surprise it turned out to be. We stayed in an elegant room that was as luxurious as it was comfortable and clean. Right across from EmSphere so a perfect location. The morning buffet has a variety of foods for everyone. We also had a complimentary drink in the morning from The Glasshouse which was definitely worth the visit. All in all, definitely worth the price and will definitely be retuning!

A stellar 5‑star experience with a great location and exceptional comfort — S31 Sukhumvit Hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, this sleek, modern hotel impressed me. The lobby on the 8th floor feels airy and elegant, and check-in is smooth with helpful staff handling luggage on the ground floor . My room—spacious, bright, and minimalist—was equipped with a plush custom-designed bed, full-size fridge, microwave, kitchenette, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering lovely city views . The bathroom, with its marble tiles, rain shower, and freestanding bathtub, felt luxurious and modern  . Breakfast at S Café on the 6th floor was a highlight—generous buffet options from Thai soups to Western dishes, fresh juices, pastries, and pandan cream that became my favorite . What truly made the stay memorable were the facilities: a saltwater pool with stunning transparent walls creating an optical illusion effect, a fully equipped fitness center (with a boxing ring), and a sophisticated spa offering steam rooms, saunas and massages . The hotel also offers a rooftop bistro (100M Wine & Bistro) with sweeping city views, and room service and concierge are available 24/7 . Location is unbeatable: about a 10-minute walk to BTS Phrom Phong or Asoke stations, right across from major malls like EmQuartier and Terminal 21, and surrounded by local street food and restaurants on Sukhumvit 31—yet tucked on a quieter side street for peace and convenience . Complimentary tuk-tuk shuttles to transit stations were a lovely bonus too . Elevators can get busy during peak times . ⸻ Bottom line: S31 Sukhumvit delivers an affordable luxury experience in Bangkok with modern comfort, standout facilities, and a stellar location. Ideal for couples, business travelers, and explorers alike. Would stay again without hesitation!

Not a 5 star hotel at all. The rooms were super dirty- we know because we asked to move several times and every single time there was either hair in the bath tub, the shower glass wasn’t cleaned properly, floors were full of fluff and dirt and tissues. The location is great. The breakfast was subpar and I unfortunately witnessed the chef who cooks the eggs taking stuff out of his mouth (god knows what) and spitting it out loudly in the sink right in front of guests as I was about to ask for fried eggs. He continued to cook without even washing his hands first. Although the staff made an effort at times (especially the girl at reception) the rooms are incredibly run down and not well maintained.
