If you really need peaceful place to stay, this lovely hotel is the one. I was solo travelling and I loved my own time in this beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and helpfull, thank you :) No taxi`s in Consell, so if wanna see Mallorca, car necessarry.

Fairly nice experience in this hotel. The rooms are slightly lacking, they do not have a coffee machine or kettle for making a warm drink in the morning. This is normally a set standard in hotels of this calibre. On the other hand, the fairly average food was made better by the marina exceptional service from Jordi, the waiter in the evenings. He was very good, very friendly. The hotel should ensure he stays around.

The space itself is very luxurious and clean. The views are beautiful & it is a peaceful place to connect with the nature. The service is very basic. It didn’t match the experience or the look - it felt as though the staff were hard to find and not attentive. The tone and attitude did not feel friendly or helpful on multiple occasions - I felt like I was annoying them when asking for assistance. I would only stay here if you have a specific event in the area for convenience. Otherwise, I would look for a different hotel next time staying in Mallorca.
