Perfect place to spend a few days. Very cozy, clean and quiet. The owners are perfect hosts, with excellent treatment. Without a doubt we will repeat. Thank you!!!!!

Paying €2,100 for this house is a rip-off. The house isn't meant to be rented. It's clear it's a second home used sporadically due to poor maintenance. Leaks, a broken upstairs bathroom door (it was a sliding door, and when we arrived, the wheels were missing), and the pool isn't suitable for swimming, which is unhealthy (the mixture isn't properly mixed for bathroom use, and the owner doesn't acknowledge this). The stove is gas-powered, and the burners don't all work properly. You can't leave any food on the kitchen counter or in the cupboards inside; when you return, everything is covered in ants. After the third night, beetles kept coming out, both inside and outside the house. (We counted 16 in one night, 6 inside and 10 outside around the pool and on the lawn.) Once you entered the house, there was a nauseating fecal odor in the bathroom and bedrooms. Leaks from the second floor to the bedroom, etc. Honestly, this house is not fit to welcome customers and do business with them. We felt cheated and ripped off. This was the first time something like this had happened to me after traveling to this wonderful island for 14 years. The owner admitted to us that the house was not up to standard for us to use as a vacation rental.

Contactamos con Ramón por otra casa que ofertaba através de Rentalia. Nos comentó que la tenía ocupada y nos ofrecía esta casa en Inca a otro precio. Si lo que buscas es una casa llena de emociones, esta es tu casa ideal de vacaciones! Encontrarás una piscina que no se puede usar por el cloro que tiene (hay foto de la medición de Ph y cloro y del estado en el que quedó uno de nuestros bañadores y una camiseta blanca que se nos cayó al agua), goteras, inundaciones, toda la fauna local de insectos (hormigas, cucarachas enormes...), en la finca de al lado gallos que están cacareando todo el día, olor a aguas fecales en el piso superior, desperfectos por toda la casa, menaje estropeadísimo con cuchillos con cinta aislante... Ramón como anfitrión deja mucho que desear... Cada vez que contactábamos con él daba largas o soluciones absurdas. Finalmente nos fuimos dos días antes de lo previsto de la casa, negociamos con Ramón la devolución de parte del importe y para no volver... es una casa familiar que la tienen como vivienda de fines de semana con 0 mantenimiento y que de vez en cuando alquilan. Un despropósito de casa, servicio y anfitrión.
