Amazing hotel!! I booked through love holidays so wasn’t really sure what to expect but wow this hotel exceeded my expectations! I booked a room only (no food) for my boyfriend and I and it was the perfect room, we had a spacious bathroom, a comfy bed, a mini fridge (this had a charge but it wouldn’t be expensive if you managed to get through it), our balcony was big and had a table and two chairs, plenty of towels and the cleaning lady did also give us extra towels and toilet rolls. I booked a sea view room and we had a fantastic view of the marina which was amazing to watch day and night! The lady’s on reception were also beyond lovely, we only encounter two one during the day and the other during the night. When we arrived we were greeted by a lady who was very welcoming and allowed us to store our bags in the hotel whilst we went exploring before check in and allowed me to use the bathroom to get changed out of my travel outfit and then the same again when we checked out, she made our hotel stay even better as she was so friendly and welcoming! Unfortunately we did not get her name but she was a real asset to the hotel! (She worked through the days of the 8/9/10 April) When we arrived they also took one of our numbers to add us and WhatsApp hotel information and for us to message if we had any questions or enquiries during our stay which was a lovely touch! When we arrived we were also given a free drinks token for the cafe/restaurant below called ‘bindi’ we could choose from two basic cocktails but still it was a lovely start to our holiday! This hotel really is a hidden gem and we will hopefully be back!

The property is very clean and the view was incredible! Adelina from the reception gave us an upgrade to the room, so we had a fabulous view of the port. The room is modernly decorated and the bed is very confortable. This made us extend our stay at Sa Clau by Mambo. The location is within walking distance of the famous Sunset Strip. We would definitely come back!

This the best hotel I've had so far in my Europe travels💕 Andrea, Luca and the other receptionist were soo nice, the view from the balcony, the room space and cleanliness is 10/10!! Room services is great. They have a restaurant right outside and the servers were nice also. Its about a min walk from the beach with is unbeatable for the price!! I would go here again whenever I visit Ibiza again.
