For what it is we cannot fault it. Lovely pools, large rooms with plenty of storage, excellent pool restaurant for lunch. Generally speaking you will find a subbed no issues. Towel policy is enforced before the pool opens but not so much later in the day which is bit of a shame. Personally we absolutely love to “rules” they are nothing but common sense for civilized folks. Always found the towels over the balcony and on sun-beds on people’s first day hilarious. Manager keeps a tight ship and is proud of his hotel and doesn’t want it to become like something like a council estate. Had to stay longer then expected due to an ear infection and the reception staff were a little clueless and not proactive but guess to be expected in a 4*. Breakfast while okay did get repetitive, also it’s in the basement and needs renovating to align with the rest of the hotel. Would be great if you could book the pool bar for a lovely A La Carte breakfast by the pool. Would return and recommend no issues.

This hotel is excellent for adults but lacks atmosphere or fun for older kids. Pool table is stuck indoors which was very disappointing for us as it’s one of our son’s favourite activities during the day. This should he made clear in information. No balls are allowed on the pool, so again limits fun for older kids. The hotel and grounds are very luxurious and sun beds are always available. Pool towels are supplied which was an added bonus.AC is excellent and the rooms are the best we’ve had . Pool bar is very overpriced therefore never busy day or night which is a shame as the quality is lovely. Would be a five star rating if the pool table was outside and the pool allowed a ball. Unfortunately due to the negatives mentioned we wouldn’t return as a family.

Just got back from Inturotel Sa Marina in Mallorca – it’s a nice-looking hotel from the outside with well-kept outdoor pool areas and a decent indoor pool (though not heated). It’s not a luxury stay, but for the price, it’s totally reasonable and comfortable. The room had a small kitchen with everything you might need – plates, pans, cutlery, even a coffee machine – great for cooking or making quick snacks. The pool bar is a good bonus too. My room was quiet, but you can hear people walking by in the corridor. Just a heads-up: no shampoo provided, only conditioner and body wash, so bring your own. Beach towels are available, which is super convenient. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the main street with lots of restaurants and food options. Overall, a good value for the money.
