Had a great experience in this resort for a week. Meisie from the reception was particularly helpful. The dinner buffet was great, the breakfast less so... Little options and few veggie choices. The river has a lot of hippos to see all day, along with crocodiles, monkeys, birds.. great to walk around!!
The resort was fantastic! The view and area around d was beautiful. We watched the hippos from the viewing area and even saw a baby croc. Really amazing, the entertainment was top notch, we played games, did quizzes and even sang karaoke. Justin, the entertainment Mc amazing and made the experience one of a kind! Highly recommend
We stayed in the hotel and not the chalets. The decor in the rooms is a bit tired and run down and can do with a touch up. Please note that the insulation in the hotel is really outdated. You can hear the neighbours when they’re only talking in their room. I also battled one evening to get the tea and milk in our room replenished without any success. The service in the rest of the hotel was friendly but I do think that it’s definitely overpriced.
