What an amazing stay! Truly loved this hotel. And the room was just wow! On another level. Great service. Wish they had a proper spa. But on the other hand they have such a wonderful fitness area. Truly marvelous. Also the breakfast is very beautiful and yummy. Great stay! There was some construction but because we weren’t there for the majority of the day it was fine.

The Beach: The beautiful Sitges coastline is **easily and quickly accessible** on foot – perfect for morning dips or sunset walks. Train Station:For exploring Barcelona or other coastal towns, the **train station is conveniently close**, making day trips incredibly simple. ### Additional Highlights: * * Pools:The **two pools are lovely– clean, well-maintained, and ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. *Breakfast:Offers a nice varietyof fresh options (pastries, fruits, hot dishes) in a pleasant setting – a solid start to the day. *Concierge Staff:**A standout! Exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.. they enhanced our stay with great local tips and swift service. Areas for Improvement: * Reception Service:Unfortunately, not as polished as the concierge team. Check-in/out felt impersonal, and staff seemed occasionally disengaged. Overall Impression: Santos Hotel delivers a quiet, well-connected base with standout perks (location, pools, concierge, breakfast). While reception service could be warmer, the pros far outweigh the cons: Highly recommended for travelers prioritizing location, peace, and convenience. Ideal For:Explorers, beach/pool lovers, train travelers, and those seeking a calm yet central base.

Great hotel - stopped over in Sitges. Very good, spacious rooms, exceptional service, good pools and gym. Breakfast could be a lot better but does have a good selection of buffet item and limited cooked to order options. Free shuttle service to the beach and if you ask nicely, they’ll drop you off at the local station. Unfortunately they are completing the next phase of the construction so expect to see big changes in 2027. Would recommend Sitges.
