Sadeen Amman Hotel

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and the experience is consistently excellent. The staff are always welcoming and professional, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is truly reliable. It feels like a second home every time I visit Amman. I really appreciate how well they treat their guests — highly recommended!

I was a bit unsure about booking this place because of the mixed reviews, but my experience was actually pretty decent. The room was clean, the staff were polite, and everything worked fine for a short stay. It’s a simple, no-frills hotel—not luxury—but for the price, it does the job. I think some of the older reviews might reflect past issues, but it looks like they’ve improved things. If you're not expecting something fancy and just need a clean, quiet place to sleep, this is a reasonable choice.

Aside from the filth in the rooms and on the bedding, the service was extremely poor. The manager was rude and disrespectful, and the reception staff were terrible. The bathroom still had tissues left from the previous guest, and the bedding had food stains on it. There were no parking spots available. Overall, it was a terrible experience that I deeply regret. On top of that, there was a scam — when I arrived, they claimed the tax hadn’t been paid, even though I had already paid in full, and they forced me to pay around 15 dinars. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
