We visited the spa and it was amazing. The attention to detail and I was so relaxed and my skin felt so smooth. We did the sauna, massage and scrub and I highly recommend coming here. The staff was also extremely friendly.
Had a great stay here. Check in was easy, everyone at the front desk has been so helpful througout my stay. The room was spacious, great amenities. Bed and pillow were nice, even the chair was super comfy. Spacious bathroom with a tub. Breakfast was okay, special section for local delicacies. I tried some and they have an interesting taste.. :)) but generally the breakfast was okay. The area itself around the hotel is kinda new i guess, nice to walk around, but nothing much around the hotel. A big shopping mall is just across the hotel but a highway seperated them, so i think the only possible way to go to the mall is by car. I dont have an app for online transport so i always asked hotel staff for help. Fortunately taxi here is very affordable, but need to keep in mind that if ure paying in cash, they might not have change for you.
We stayed for 5 nights in late March. Though initially skeptical due to mixed reviews, our experience was mostly positive. The hotel is a bit far from downtown, and there's not much to do in the immediate area apart from visiting a nearby mall about 12 minutes away on foot, which mostly has high-end, expensive retail outlets. The hotel mainly caters to group travelers from the Middle East. With such rush during Eid holiday trips, breakfast was chaotic during the first couple of days—there were limited and same items repeated every day which too ran out quickly and staff visibly irritated struggled to manage the crowd—but things improved over time. On one day, our request to pack breakfast for an early morning trip was completely overlooked, and we were left empty-handed. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we were provided with interconnecting rooms as requested. A pleasant surprise was that the staff allowed us to eat outside food in the reception area and even provided plates, glasses, and ice at no charge. As a tip, you could take a taxi (around 10–15 minutes) to the Mega Mall (Alma-Ata), which offers a wider variety of affordable retail stores, a supermarket for daily needs, and multiple dining options. Despite the limited breakfast and the location, it was a more or less comfortable stay. I'd rate it 4 stars overall.
