It was really very nice to stay there overnight. The room was exactly 5 stars, I felt like a king on that such a huge bed. Everthing was clean like brand new. Reception team was excellent: very polite and helpful.

Our experience: the kids had a lot of fun. After we got out our eyes were VERY itchy. Our skin got really dry after going into the water. In thermal places this is usually not the case. There was probably something wrong with the water, it wasn't clear it was rather milky. There wasn't a life guard. More than 3 people (adults) almost drowned today. It's very irresponsible for not having a life guard around. Info about the pool: It has 4 pools in total 1 for kids, 1 for the slide, 1 for the thermal hot water and one where you can swim, it is separated into 2 parts 2m and 1m50. It's pretty big but there was moss and hair everywhere it didn't look clean. As for the slide there's literally a piece of a wall that's broken which can be dangerous for the kids. There were only 6 benches which is not enough nor are there any coat hangers.

Expensive rooms with no air conditioning. They were unwilling to negotiate the price (all other hotels we’ve been to have). We had no interest in going into the thermal pools, and that should have warranted a lower price. Once we went into both rooms and realized that there was no air conditioning (it was so hot), we had to go back down to the reception and tell them that the rooms had no air conditioning, and then we were transferred to other rooms. When we told them of this situation in the morning when checking out they said the air conditioning is “faulty” in many rooms. Then why not do a quality control before giving the rooms out? If they have vacant rooms with air conditioning those should be given out first.
