Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Very disappointing experience at this hotel. First and foremost, there was no parking available, which was incredibly inconvenient. I had to park far from the property and paid extra. The management was unhelpful and disorganized. There was no sense of hospitality. The room conditions were unacceptable — worn-out furniture, poor lighting, and a musty smell that never went away. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and felt unhygienic. As for the food, it was average at best. The taste was bland, and the quality did not match the prices being charged. Definitely not worth the money — I won’t be returning.

Very disappointed with the rude behavior of the hotel staff. I’ve raised this issue with Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET) for proper investigation. Guests deserve respectful treatment, especially in a city like Dubai. The one & only worst hotel and worst service in history of Dubai Hotel. Staffs are very rude, literally entering the rooms without permission. I don't know how do they get permission for displaying 4 star hotel. Staffs are so cheep, Using abusive words, behave like gangsters. People who plan to book rooms in The saffron boutique worst 4 star hotel, please reconsider your choice or else you will be humiliated, insulted by Hotel housekeeping, room supervisor and duty manager. Dubai Government must nned to take action.
