Safi Royal Luxury Centro

Hotel Safi Centro is very nice and in a good location close to the center of the city. The breakfast buffet was a very delicious start to the day and we really enjoyed the 24-7 room service also available at the pool. The pool was very refreshing especially on a hot day. Staff was monitoring people having drinks in the pool which I don't mind, but it would be nice if staff could more frequently get the bugs and bird feathers out of the pool. It wasn't really that bad, but I used the screen filter to quickly get the bugs out when it should have been staff cleaning it. Nonetheless, this hotel was great and I would stay here again if I do make it back to Monterrey.

Second time staying here and probably my last. First and foremost you can’t have guest come visit you and if they’re not with you on check in then it’s impossible. A/c in the rooms barely works. Rooms are outdated. Check in staff really don’t seem to care about guest. I reserved a garden view room but was given a room with a visual of a hall way instead. Only a few good workers here that actually care. Everybody else is just unfriendly and don’t care. I had breakfast included in my reservation but still have to pay for the very breakfast. There are better hotels in the same location with just a few dollars more. I ended up leaving early.

Will never come back to this hotel. The front ladies are so rude. The rooms would not get cold. The rooms aren't really clean and have mold. The only good thing about the hotel is the food.
