We stayed 5 nights - hotel excellent stayed with business club access. The ladies there were great providing friendly and professional service. Location excellent - highly recommended for a stay in Moscow.
Tatyana from concierge is very helpful, patient, responsive, and welcoming even outside her working hours. She made our stay much more comfortable and better. I highly recommend arranging with her.
Overall a fantastic hotel in a great location, the breakfast is the best I have had at a hotel in Moscow. The hotel is a bit outdated and so are the rooms, the staff are very helpful though.
