Safran Thermal Resort

We have stayed in Sandıklı at other locations, and Safran is our hotel of choice. The place is large and well-equipped, but not overly huge. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and, like many Turkish hotels, they are heated to a high temperature - but keeping the balcony door open soon allows things to cool down. The food is of a consistent high standard - lots of vegetarian options. The thermal facilities are well-maintained, and there are two particular bonus features: the thermal sauna, and the mixed thermal pool that has an outdoor section, allowing guests to enjoy the wonderful Sandıklı water in the open fresh air. Overall, an excellent choice and certainly wonderful value for money. We will return!

Food: there is a lot of variety. Three kinds of red meat, fish and chicken meat come out every day. Every day, the grill varieties appear instantaneously. Salad bar has a wide variety of choices. They have a wide choice of fruits and desserts. The food is very tasty, but below the average of the tastes of the grills of the red soldiers. I still want to say that you have a lot of veggie and meat options

I used to like this resort, but our last trip was disappointing. The room was small for us as we asked for 4 beds but got 3. Room cleaning was not very good. Food wasn’t good too, although a lot of variety but only a few things we enjoyed. Spa is getting old, also personnel did not take much care about the temperature and cleanliness. Anyway the concept and location of this resort is great and I hope they will improve on the above things.
