Safranbolu Asmalı Konak Hotel

It's a lovely hotel in a historical building with period typical furniture. Centrally located by the old town so that you can do all sightseeing on foot.. It's well equipped for families with children. It also has fantastic WiFi in all parts of the building. Service was great! I had to leave early in the morning and the staff prepared a delicious breakfast plate and helped with the suitcases. I highly recommend.

I can't speak to the rooms because I didn't stay at the hotel this time. I certainly would next time I'm here. I had dinner at their restaurant it was excellent really fresh and flavorful. The people were great and very helpful went out of their way to serve me a delicious bluefish and a salad that was as though they picked everything from the backyard. Nice wine as well. Small and friendly. Very nice, I highly recommend.

Me, my wife and sister stayed here a couple of weeks ago. Previously, I'd stayed there with my wife ten years prior. It is a beautiful hotel, nicely located on flat ground to walk around Safranbolu. The rooms are dated, but reasonably clean and still have a very quant Ottoman feel to them. One negative for some people, not for me as I love it, is the morning call for prayer from the mosque that may wake people early. For me it's a lovely sound though. The breakfast every morning was delicious, a typical Turkish breakfast and definitely fills you up for the day. One thing, I'd like to add is the staff were incredibly helpful. A special mention to Yuksel bey, who waited on us every morning for breakfast. He was an absolute delight, very respectful, very attentive and extremely hard working. We'd return to the hotel, jut to see him. Definitely the type of employer that all hotels should have. Definitely worth a visit and reasonably priced.
