Sagamore Hotel South Beach An All Suite Hotel

After an unexpected change in plans forced us to cancel a long-anticipated two-and-a-half-year family trip to Italy, we pivoted and booked a stay at The Sagamore in Miami Beach and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be. Tucked in among towering high-rises and situated right next to the Ritz-Carlton, The Sagamore is a charming boutique hotel with a captivating art deco interior that draws you in from the moment you walk through its hallways. While the service may be on the slower side at times, the overall experience makes up for it tenfold. The hotel offers a uniquely European vibe, which almost made us feel as though we had still managed to take that international vacation we had dreamed of. As a family of five, we found the accommodations spacious and comfortable. Our kids had a wonderful time, and the convenience of everything—from walking to the beach to easy access to our room via a short flight of stairs—made the stay feel seamless. Whether your room overlooks the vibrant city or the calming beach, you’re in for a treat. I wholeheartedly recommend The Sagamore and gladly give it five stars.

We arrived after a full day at a convention. Luis saw how tired we were and offered an upgrade. The room is spectacular, beautifully set up and a great view of the ocean. If possible Mercedes would have taken the light fixture home. The service has been outstanding, I could not recommend it more highly. They deserve 6 stars. Even Delry was superb and could not have been better. I highly recommend you stay here.

We recently spent the day at the Sagamore Hotel, and while the property itself is stunning, it was Shelly at the front desk who truly made our visit exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Shelly went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for our day trip. Whether it was helping us access hotel amenities, answering our many questions with patience, or offering dining tips, she did it all with a smile and genuine care. It’s honestly so rare to come across someone so committed to hospitality and guest experience. Thanks to her, our short visit felt very special. Shelly is a true asset to the Sagamore team, and we hope the hotel knows how lucky they are to have her. We’ll absolutely be back—and we’ll be looking for her at the front desk when we do!
