Sage Hotel James Street

I landed Brisbane 2:30am expecting to transfer seamlessly to my domestic flight scheduled 5:45am, only to find out it was cancelled and prebooked to 3pm instead. I quickly looked for the nearest hotel from the airport but everything was just f.booked. I expanded my search and ended up booking with Sage Hotel which was decent 15mins away from the airport. The front desk on duty that night showed so much compassion and kindness and helped me quickly get a room so I can finally doze off after travelling for 15hrs. She even made arrangements for late checkout so I can fully rest. More than the hotel room, the people behind the service is truly what makes the whole experience meaningful. Highly recommend Sage Hotel for truly amazing team behind their legit hospitality and putting customers need as priority. Would definitely love to stay again, and I just learned they're also a pet friendly hotel so that's already a gold star in my book. Thank you again Sage Hotel team 💯

Nice hotel in a convenient location. We travelled with our pup as the hotel is pet friendly. Staff were very helpful and polite. Had room service over our 3 night stay through QA hotel next door. Food was very nice. Parking below building off side street (lift access). There is construction across the street but the noise is consistent, so becomes background sound. Would stay again without question.

Stayed for 2 days related to business. Easy check in and parking. Comfy bed, and pillow selection. Very good bathroom with great water pressure and toiletries selections. Walking distance to decent cafes and a pub a couple of doors down. Would definitely stay again.
