Sago Hotel

My husband and I had such an incredible experience at Sago Hotel last night. From the beginning, the staff was so gracious and friendly. We checked in very late and they helped bring our stuff upstairs and upgraded our room to a beautiful suite. The room was large, clean, with a large window and amazing view of the city. The decor is beautiful and tasteful, with easy-to-use appliances and an incredible spa bath. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The restaurant attached, Noga, is fabulous. It has a unique and charming menu and is well-priced. It's also kosher. Everything we got tasted fresh and delicious and looked *beautiful* -- it feels like they really put effort into every plate of food they bring out. We especially recommend the desserts, which are mouthwatering -- the carrot cake and pudding are fantastic. It was such a great experience at Sago.

I can’t say enough how amazing the stay has been. The room is spacious and well appointed and very clean. On a nice quiet street but the most amazing thing about this place is the customer service. Rasya (front desk) is warm and inviting and really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Because of her we will be back and tell all our friends and family about this amazing boutique hotel.

Matthew was incredible, as was the rest of the entire staff, during our stay. We loved the simple but elegant and intelligent design and aim to stay here whenever we are in the area. Incredibly kind folks. If you are looking for a rooftop pool and club scene, this is not the place. But if you seek rest, peace and comfort, this is it! The beds are ridiculously comfy.
