Sahari Zanzibar

Sahari Hotel is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed at a few places during our Zanzibar trip, but this was the one we didn’t want to leave. If you’re coming to Zanzibar you have to stay here. It’s a hidden gem, and what truly makes it special is the staff. Huge thanks to Cristina, J4, John, Devis, and the entire team, you made our stay unforgettable. We booked a few rooms and loved them all, but Room 17 was our favorite, perched above the restaurant with stunning ocean views, like something out of a postcard. The pool was perfect, the yoga area peaceful, the massage service fabulous, and there’s even a cozy book corner. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and every meal was top-notch. Breakfast had everything: fresh fruit, breads, eggs, avo, sausages, veggies, beautifully presented. The full menu was great, especially the steak and fish. Cocktails and wine were also amazing. The beach is gorgeous and quiet, you can walk along the shore to Paje in about 40 minutes. To the owners: you have something truly special here. We will 100% be back on every future trip. Absolute perfection. Have a look out for Gino, he is the hotel Tortoise :D

Absolutely loved the place. It is not very big but the place is very quiet and the rooms are neat and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The food was very good. We will be going back again.

We absolutely loved our wonderful stay at Sahari! The hotel is beautiful! Located directly on the beach, so you can enjoy a walk at sunset every night of your stay! But the best part was the time we spent with the kind and inviting staff members! They went out of their way to always make sure that we had everything we needed and took care of every little detail. Christina with reception is smart and such a joy! We loved our stay with the hotel, primarily because of her warm invitation!
