It was one of the Best hotel I have ever seen with All features GREAT service great!!!!!! Personal is 10/100000 the woman with Blue eyes was top she helped us and have great energy Price was great sometimes I feel I have to pay More 😁 because there service was much higher than I payed I seen more than 10hotels in Trabzon this one is Best guarantee!!!!✅✅✅✅✅ Thank you for great service ✅
I would like to thank Mr. Artan and all the staff for their hospitality, cleanliness of the place, quick check-in before the time and late check-out after the check-in time. I recommend the hotel, its location is excellent and close to everything in Trabzon. The service is excellent in the restaurant and the breakfast is varied. All kinds of drinks are available and the food is of high quality. They love children and every time I visit Trabzon, it will be my second home here. Thank you all.
I stayed with my family for 1 week, the staff were very nice, polite and they're doing their best to help you and make your stay more comfortable, I would like also to thank Mr. Artan specifically he is very nice, helpful and hospitable. Rooms are very clean with a very nice and beautiful view. Breakfast is so delicious with different varieties. Thank you again, Mr.Artan. see you next time inșallah.
