I was considering renting an apartment in this complex, as my friend, who has been living here for several months, recommended it. Unfortunately, my visit left a very negative impression. The staff showed disrespect and bias toward me due to the lack of a passport during the viewing. I understand the importance of documents, but this does not justify rudeness and a dismissive tone. In the modern world, where customer focus plays a key role, such behavior is unacceptable. Moreover, I witnessed how the staff violated the rights of the owner (my friend). Even her presence and attempts to help could not resolve the issue—they questioned her authority as someone who has been living in this complex for many months and is a part of it. This further undermined my trust in this place. Perhaps this was an isolated incident, but it left a negative impression. I hope the management pays attention to this situation and works with the staff to ensure this does not happen again.
