We were in a group of 39 people touring Vietnam. The hotel is amazingly posh and beautiful. The rooms facing the ocean have an amazing views and especially the 14 floor restaurant which has more than 180 degrees view. The interior of rooms is very clean and updated. The beds/Pillows smell clean, the floor was clean and so was the balcony with the sea view. Windows were clean and so was the bathroom. The only negative was the noise from a far away bar music which could be heard/seen from miles away. It was loud. I somehow can’t imagine the poor people close to those loud speakers.
Hotel with great views of Ha Long Bay from room 1205; close to all activities, nice breakfast area in 14th floor with lot of selection, fast elevator, good wifi.
Maybe it was a 4 star hotel but when i visited on 23 Dec 2024, the room was far from CLEAN. Me and kids found a lot of hairs (long hair, shorr hair even shorr and wrinkle hair...), and the bed sheet also has some shoes print. It looked they didn't change it. The beds also very hard and stiff, the TV model maybe 15 y.o, really need some improvement here.
