Lovely hotel in excellent location in this part of Vietnam. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room a good size and kept well cleaned. Great facilities including outdoor pool, restauraunt, gym, ping pong table and private beach. Enjoyed the entertainment put on one of the nights we were there and they also had BBQ dinner nights at the weekend. Would definitely stay again. Also booked a couple of tours via hotel, which were both great.
When you book the room, you think all rooms are across the beach. But it’s not like that. They will give you a room too far on the other side of the street, and you must go across the street be going to the beach. You must pay a lot of money to move to the other side. They will never say that on the description.
When checking in, the number of towels was not handed over, and the cleaning service after the first day was unclear about how many towels were taken away? We did not take the towels out of the room, nor did we bring them back, and were charged 50k for a lost towel. When asking the receptionist again about the situation where the cleaning service could take 1 extra towel and compensate for 1 towel because our room was a room for 2 guests with 1 additional guest, the receptionist could not give a convincing answer and did not understand the process.
