location is close to everything. The service is excellent, and I especially want to thank Olga, the front desk manager, for her classy, cheerful, and helpful customer service. She helped me and solved my room issue in a very short time, with noticeable kindness and warmth 🙏🙏 I will definitely come back again

I wanted to give this hotel a better review because I liked the location, the view, and the cabinet space cooking equipment in the room, but the reception staff was incredibly impolite. Reservation was slow they knew my arrival hour but they made me wait for more than two hours on the couch. They’re not kind and I noticed that they’re lovely when guests are condescending so I guess they didn’t like the polite treatment. The room is average, and Breakfast is cold and tasteless. Too expensive for the overall experience.
