Saigon Ninh Chu hotel had brand 4star. But everything should be named 3star or below. Except the beach has 0star with full of garbage even location is very good. Dont know how Saigon Tourist manage this place because it very bad

The property feels quite outdated, with worn furniture and an old-fashioned bathroom. The television is very small and offers limited features. Staff presence feels more intrusive than helpful, as if guests are being constantly monitored. This hotel seems to cater primarily to large tour groups rather than individual travelers. When the tour buses arrive, the place becomes overcrowded and chaotic. Even before entering, the unpaved road leading to the hotel gives a poor first impression — it certainly doesn’t reflect a 4-star standard. For a better experience, Hoàn Mỹ might be a more suitable alternative.
