Saigoneer Hotel

Stayed for a transit stay , it served its purpose. Superb location , clean bed and welcoming staff. WiFi works great!

Hidden away in a little alley, it’s nice to be away from the street noise. It’s extremely well located with an entrance right into backpackers street and in the midst of the action. We were greeted upon arrival (there’s two Saigoneers - one hotel and one hostel) across from each other. There’s no elevator here so if you’re older or have hip problems Id recommend you pass, the stairs are steep but not really an issue for us. The rooms are clean, they provide you with fresh laundered warm towels and sandals for inside showering. These are Vietnamese showers so expect a shower beside the toilet - place your clothes up on the rack and they won’t get wet. Bring flip flops to walk around the room in. Food: our stay included breakfast. Great coffee, friendly employees. The noodles were fairly average - nothing to ride home to.

Hostel or family home concerted to Hotel. Staff attitude bad as if they work for 5 star. A gentleman says he is manager but he also cleans the floor and wash dishes No choice of breakfast. Only Eggs. Agoda doesn't verify anything and still give 4 rating to places like these One gets stuck after full payment is done.
