SAii Laguna Phuket

We stayed at SAii Laguna during the rainy season and honestly, it was still such a perfect getaway. The rain just made everything feel more peaceful and lush. Huge thanks to the amazing staff, front desk team for the warm welcome, housekeeping for keeping our room spotless and cozy, the restaurant crew for the delicious food and lovely service every day, and the spa team for helping us totally relax. Even the buggy drivers were always so friendly and helpful! Everyone went above and beyond. Rain or shine, this place is something special. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful rooms in a beautiful hotel. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. We stayed in a club lagoon room, which was spacious and had a very useful lounge bed area. The bars and restaurants on the beach, were only a few metres away, and provided lots of variety at very good prices. Great quality too Great service with a shout out to May, Mo, Mickey and Gift in the Club area. Also Um, and the Thai massage staff. Water Aerobics was great too. Loved this hotel. We are a family of 7 who went for a 3 day stay. The hospitality is absolutely fantastic- each staff member remembers preferences, faces and you don’t have to ask them twice for anything. They provide a steriliser on request (for my baby). The rooms had an amazing view of the sea. The swimming pool was great. Where they missed the mark in the food and the spa. While the breakfast is okay, they don’t have enough vegetarian options. Sometimes the staff on room service - were not able to understand our requests for vegan option. After eating a Greek salad in their Mediterranean restaurant - everyone picked up a flu bug on the last day. It was not the best end but we had a good time until then. The beach is amazing and has some shacks near by from different cuisines. The spa while very expensive was very average in terms of massage. Not at all worth the money they charge you. I have been to multiple spas across the world - and I would rate this as my least favourite one. I didn’t feel relaxed at all.
