A nice place to stay by the marina and river. Clean tidy room, comfy beds. Restaurant was pretty good. Convenient location across the road from a small to medium sized shopping centre. In room entertainment system a bit old school no smart tv. Overall I’d definitely recommend the resort

we stayed at Sails for 4 nights. It is a very nice hotel, but there were some disappointments… firstly, if you are staying at the hotel, you need to pay $15 per night for parking. in the room’s bathroom, there were some drain flies, not dangerous but disappointing. The pool is excellent. when we swam, even in the middle of winter, it was 28 degrees and it was very clean. on the first night, we saw dolphins from the pool area. in our room, it was extremely quiet despite there being a wedding. The buffet breakfast was very very good.

Overall, I was not happy with my stay at this hotel. The rooms had a bad smell and needed to be aired out — possibly because they’re old. The hotel does have a great pool and hot jacuzzi, but for a 4-star hotel, they don’t provide slippers, and when I asked for robes (which they gave me last time), they said they no longer offer them except in executive suites, as robes have been “disappearing.” There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room, so you can’t even make a tea. Even the water in the fridge is for purchase — no complimentary still water provided. Cleaning was not done properly; I noticed a stain on the floor upon arrival which looked terrible. The location is great, and I’m only returning because of the hot jacuzzi, which I can’t seem to find in other hotels.
