Excellent accommodation! We had a large two bedrooms apartment, which included two bathrooms and a huge livingroom. It had a balcony with lovely views, which allowed the smokers in the group to stay close. The children enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and played pool every night. We all enjoyed the food and the service was good. They had a good shuttle bus service going to the ski slopes every morning and returning in the afternoon, but if you just want to take a walk, the hotel is relatively close to the gondola. We would highly recommend!
Excellent place to stay. The apartment was spacious and well decorated- nothing missing. Lots of place for kids and adults to be together The breakfast was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. Various types of food and very nice espresso. The pool was very big.
A 3 star hotel, definitely not a 4 star. The room was not very clean, no air conditioning, no balcony and sun for three quarters of the day. The towels were of poor quality, they left lint on your body when you wiped yourself with them. There was absolutely nothing in the fridge, not even a bottle of still water or anything for welcome. The location of this hotel is quite far from the center of Bansko, in a somewhat wild area. I had the feeling that I was in a hotel from the communist era, a hotel in which almost no investment was made. The not very friendly staff and the room lacking conditions made me not have a stay as I would have liked. I will not return to this hotel in the future.
