⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Magical Parisian Experience St. James Paris is truly a hidden gem which was elegant, romantic, and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty & family welcoming us into their home. The service was impeccable, warm, and attentive without ever feeling stuffy. The chateau itself is in one of the nicest areas of Paris. Everything is top notch with a 10/10 staff! St. James gardens are beautifully manicured with historic architecture, and an atmosphere that feels straight out of a fairytale. They even have a house cat that strolls around the outside of the property which was so cute!. 🐱 Our room was luxurious and full of charming Parisian touches — plush bedding, a dreamy bath, and a balcony. Cocktails in the library bar were amazing. The concierge & front of house staff was incredible & extremely welcoming at all times always looking to help us out :-))) 🫶🥐 If you’re looking for a truly special stay in Paris, away from the hustle but still close to everything, this is it. We’re already dreaming about our next visit. Merci, St. James!

An unforgettable stay. From the moment I arrived, the service at St James Paris was impeccable. Warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. The room was elegant and serene, with every detail carefully considered. The mansion itself is absolutely stunning, full of charm and character. What truly stood out was how at home and genuinely special the staff made me feel. A rare gem in Paris. I cannot wait to return.

This hotel offers one of the best rooms in Paris at its price point, along with an impressive pool and sauna area. The physical amenities truly made us comfortable. However, the hotel’s service left much to be desired. Weeks before our stay, we requested a specific room layout, providing photos for clarity. Despite this, the staff repeatedly insisted they didn’t have that room setup, contradicting our direct evidence. Upon arrival, after further confusion and discussions, they finally accommodated our request, which we appreciated, though we found their unfamiliarity with their own rooms puzzling. Additionally, our breakfast experience was disappointing. Despite multiple empty tables in the main dining area, the staff insisted on seating us in the dimly lit bar. Notably, the only other guest seated there was a minority customer, who was addressed by the staff in a condescending tone. Feeling uncomfortable, we decided to leave. Overall, the inconsistency between the excellent physical facilities and poor service quality was surprising. With improved staff training and management oversight, we genuinely believe this hotel could become one of the top choices in Paris.
