obsessed is an understatement. Ive stayed at a lot of five star four seasons style hotels and believe it or not this hotel beats them all. From the design details that I'm still gushing over...to the amazing food options all over the hotel...it was incredible. The rooms were spotless ..every floor had a cold water and coffee station which helped a ton as someone traveling from Colorado and drinks a lot of water. The staff was excellent. Amazing location next to the river. Our room view was incredible. Absolutely perfect stay here. If you're considering any hotel in Milwaukee, let it only be this one.
Absolutely exceptional experience all around at the Saint Kate!!! It was our first time staying here and their attention to detail was fantastic. It was my birthday and I requested a room upgrade with a view if possible when I booked the room--they certainly delivered! We got a quiet, spacious corner king suite with lovely city views, plus they gifted us a bottle of champagne and a handwritten happy birthday note. I loved that they followed up via text to see if we were happy with everything. Our safe didn't work and we reached out via text--it was fixed within 20 minutes. We requested a second bathrobe via text--it was there within 20 minutes. All staff were thoughtful and kind and attentive. We'll return in a heartbeat!!!
Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms and views. Great location. But, we felt that there weren't enough elevators and or run slow for the amount of people staying there. We were disappointed in the fact that we had to pay for parking, in the garage below. It was $31 for the night. That's steep. We wanted to eat breakfast before leaving, but when we got to Arias, they said they were full with reservations from 2 different bridal parties and we needed a reservation, and there weren't any open. Room service was available, but that's not what we wanted. We left earlier than checkout time.
