Saint Marc

After reading all the reviews, Hotel St. Marc did not disappoint. What a treat, and quite the luxury 5+ star experience with the room (upgrade- WOW, THANK YOU!!), the fresh, fluffy, soft white towels, the serenity of the beautiful pool and spa downstairs, the food, and especially (as all the reviews say) the SERVICE! WOW! All of those at the front desk are so so kind - really a treat after experiencing grumpy people in Paris. Thank you to the entire reception/staff at hotel St. Marc. They really know how to chose the kindest, friendliest and generous people to work here. :-) It totally makes a difference of your whole Paris experience. 5 stars through and through!!!! (and my 8 year old daughter, whom I traveled with, agrees wholeheartedly!)

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Saint-Marc. The staff, rooms and location are great. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool and steam room that you can reserve were a wonderful treat. The staff was fantastic; always friendly and helpful. A maintenance issue meant our room wouldn’t be ready for check in until 8pm, but the staff immediately offered us a very fair solution to make it right. We will absolutely stay again!

Really beautiful hotel. Got two classes of rooms and both were great! Location was also lovely. However the best part of the experience was absolutely the staff. We were greeted in the evening by Ousmane, who was in great spirits despite the hour. He also came up to our room to give us recommendations on the best resteraunt for the late hour which was great. We were checked out by Jean Paul who was lovely as well and kept track of all of our bags for us! Everyone else we talked to was also great! Great service and an around great experience!
