The best we could get at that price! Somehow Booking.com gave me a reduced price to stay here for a night and I couldn’t believe how close we were to The Vatican. I definitely recommend it for its location. Beds are good - my watch told me I had a great sleeping score. Air conditioning works well. Just make sure to have the right passwords for every door.

Well obviously the location is great for visiting the Vatican, and many restaurants around, it is quite convenient. The checkin process was very efficient and host was friendly and explained everything very clearly. The room was clean and comfortable — bathroom looked newly renovated. Excellent window views from 3rd floor (which seemed rather high, maybe high ceilings somewhere) out into the streets of Rome. There is also a shared kitchen with some snacks and sundries, plus luggage storage. Again all very orderly and convenient, we were highly satisfied!

Great location but the pictures can be slightly misleading. There is no proper breakfast. You get breakfast coupons that give you croissant and coffee in morning for duration of your stay. No working fridge in room, no cooking place even though stove is there. Laundry machine is faulty. City tax paid in cash as lady insisted in it. Bed are really small to fit normal adult properly.
