Hotel Piran was a highlight of my trip. The location is unbeatable—right on the seafront with amazing sunset views. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely coastal vibe. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. Breakfast on the terrace was a perfect way to start the day. I’d love to come back!

Beautiful location. Good service. Only complaint is that the room was not soundproof. We could hear our neighbors’ music and late night conversation quite clearly through the connecting door. Great rooftop bar with an amazing sunset view.

Rooms are clean. Hotel staff is friendly. Good location. YET, rooms run very warm to hot . AC has been running on high for 5 hours and the room is still hot. I'm on the 1st floor. I overheard another guest complaining that his another friends rooms on the 4th floor were very warm. I googled reviews on this place.... there have been repeated complaints about the inadequate AC since 2014! Eleven years ago and still rooms are uncomfortably hot. I'm not sure if it is a HVAC system issue that hasn't been addressed or if the hotel is choosing a higher temperature set point to save money. They do have multiple signs around, like taking the stairs, to save electricity or their spin on it...to save the planet, while helping your health. 200+ euro a night without AC during August just isn't right. BTW, it is not an extreme heat wave here....it's just 90 degrees, which is cooler than it was is Ljubljana and Bled Lake....which both of those hotels had comfortable AC.
