Stayed here for two nights in Dec, it is definitely a very good experience. The room was comfortable with private onsen. The staff were nice and friendly, and always tried to provide the best support, although they can only speak limited English. The food was perfect and the sashimi was fresh. The lobster was still moving when it was served (well, it is a little bit scary though). Overall, it was a very nice experience to stay in this hotel!
