One of the best hotel in Mae Sot, fair price with nice room including breakfast. Good service.
Very pleasant staff. Welcoming and friendly. We love the mateesses and pillows at Hop Inn: a reason for us to sleep at Hop Inn on a regular basis. Pleasant breakfast space. I would suggest to have door seals as everything can be heard from the corridor and other rooms. Luckily the hotel staff actioned fast on a noisy room. Also split air-condition unit outside is very noisy.
A very racist hotel . The door man said that there was still room at the hotel so me and my family went in . When I arrived inside and communicated in English because I'm a foreigner she immediately said that there was no room at all in thai. I said " but the door man said that there was still room" she knew she can't lie anymore and started searching on her computer for rooms . Turns out there IS a room she just didn't want to give it to me because I'm burmese . Lol
