I really have enjoyed my stay at Almaza Bay “Sakhra “ Hotel. I have to admit that Travco properties have done a good job 👏🏻 Such a specious hotel with Moroccan touch . It has several swimming pools and wide beach. Excellent services and diverse dining options restaurants . Highly recommended !!👌

Worst hotel experience by far — no professionalism, no guidance, and way overpriced for what you get. The beach is tiny, overcrowded with non-residents taking up every spot, so you can barely even see the water. Every time I was there, guests were complaining and fighting with staff — not just once, but daily. No amenities in the bathroom, not even robes — just a hairdryer. Service is painfully slow. I booked a sea view room but was given one facing the hotel entrance and a construction site. The staff even tried to convince me it was “sea view.” After pushing to get the room I paid for, they said they’d move me the next day. I waited over two hours with no updates, and when I called, the staff just kept saying “yes” with zero action or care. I had also informed them before arrival that our wedding anniversary was on the 9th and requested something special. They acknowledged my message, but nothing was done — not even a simple gesture. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL — you will be deeply disappointed. This is a 2-star property at best. Don’t be fooled by fake reviews with mismatched names and photos

This hotel should be shut down or stripped of every one of its so-called “5 stars.” It was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience of my life — filled with lies, disrespect, and total mistreatment. This hotel has a talent for taking absolutely slow and long minutes whenever anything is ordered or asked for. Let’s start with the scam they pulled with the room: I booked and paid for a sea view, and when we arrived (at 11 PM after waiting hours for the room to be “ready”), they gave me a pool view and tried to convince me that the sea was “behind the pool.” Really? Then why is there even an option to pay extra for a sea view? I pushed back and demanded what I paid for, and what did they do? They gave me a SMALLER room than the one I booked, with a garden/parking/construction view — yes, actual construction. The guy at the reception looked me in the eye and told me I “just don’t understand” — that it’s night time, and the sea is “there somewhere,” hidden behind mounds of sand and cranes. He genuinely tried to gaslight me into thinking that I was seeing things wrong. Meanwhile, the room was smaller than what we booked, and when we brought it up, they said, “Prices changed.” As if that justifies giving us a worse room than we paid for. The audacity. Every single day, we had a problem. The safety lock locked itself from the inside, trapping us outside our own room. Another day, the key card just stopped working completely and the shower would not drain and water would reach till out the hotel door it’s a hassle to even enter the hotel as security starts interrogating you even if you have the hotel wristband and card. I just wanted to relax. And each time I went to report something, the guy at the front desk would either ignore me while scrolling on his phone or speak to me in the most arrogant, disrespectful tone. Zero apology. Zero accountability. Just attitude. At check out we argued for so long as she was saying I needed to pay a certain amount for the room and I was saying I never took anything or ordered room service, then when I checked she was even talking about another room!! Such a scam imagine if I’d paid. The staff here have no concept of customer service. Instead of helping, they pick fights. They act like you’re a burden for daring to ask for what you paid for. And let’s not ignore the blatant favoritism — if you’re someone known or famous, you get royal treatment. I saw it with my own eyes. The staff suddenly bend over backwards if they find out someone is “important.” But if you’re a regular guest? You’re treated like trash. It’s insulting and discriminatory. This hotel may look pretty in photos, but the service is shockingly bad — unhelpful, unfriendly, and downright hostile. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels, and this is easily the most chaotic, disrespectful, and exhausting experience I’ve ever had. Do not stay here. Don’t waste your money, your time, or your sanity. You’ll leave angrier than when you came. I wouldn’t stay here again if they offered it for free.
