SAKS Urban Design Hotel Frankfurt

A very pleasant stay at the Saks Hotel Frankfurt. The location is excellent, offering quick and convenient access to the city centre and main attractions. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect base for both business and leisure travelers. Breakfast is delicious, with a great selection to start the day. The cozy bar creates a welcoming atmosphere to unwind in the evening. Special thanks to the front desk team, in particular Mr. Yeni Dunya, whose friendly and knowledgeable assistance greatly enhanced the overall experience. His helpful tips for both the hotel and exploring Frankfurt were invaluable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Frankfurt!

Very convenient location, superior quality. We had a very pleasant stay and drinks at the bar. Especially manager Yeni Dünya at the reception was very courteous, friendly and professional. What a little gem of a hotel in the middle of the Westend of Frankfurt.

The outside needs some renovation as the paint is falling off the windows. The rooms are relatively small but have a desk if you need to work. It is located in a quiet residential area but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and you can walk to the Messe also. The Service Personal could be more attentive. Quite inflexible with some questions. Food is only serve for breakfast but no menu to order fresh prepared eggs - it has to be taken from the buffet, which was a little dry. Overall ok but nothing special, not a place I would like to come back.
