Starting with the rooms. The rooms are pretty good however usually with resorts, the rooms sometimes smell weird. But other than that, no complaints. The service is 10/10. From breakfast, to room service, to making sure you have an umbrella with you when you go out to your adventures and covering your head with one when you come back. Furthermore, when you sign out of the resort, they give you a present. But most importantly, they make sure you have absolutely everything. For example, my passport started to crease, so I pull it under the lamp to flatten it, but of course I forgot it. I remembered only because they went down the list. “Do you have everything? Clothes, phones, passports?” Without them, I would have had to travel two hours back😅The location is beautiful, and a nice walk to the main area, temple area. Unfortunately, it was raining most of the time out of the 4 days we stayed, but regardless, the view and atmosphere was great! Would recommend🙌🏾

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large clean and bright with a daily spruce up & a nightly turn down. Breakfast is delicious (make sure you try the jackfruit crepes!). A combination of buffet and made to order. They offer an included afternoon tea that I didn’t have time to enjoy but still a lovely touch! Staff are all wonderful, always a hello and a smile. The best part about the staff though is you see them having fun together. It genuinely looks like a good place to work which makes for a great guest experience. The location is up away from the major hubbub - about a 20 min walk down to the palace - but with a complimentary shuttle offered many times throughout the day. Walkable to a beautiful temple (up the hill) and highly recommend wandering the residential area + rice field pathways about a 5 min walk left of the hotel down a side street. Beautiful local area and best of all, no tourists as you wander easily from the hotel.

We arrived at 3am due to unforeseen travel delays but on arrival the staff were ready to greet us and collect our luggage. The hotel has winding jungle pathways to the rooms, a serine and relaxing feel, beautiful Balinese architecture and THE most amazing and friendly staff. Reception helped us to find a scooter rental and a dentist. We were thoroughly greeted upon arriving and leaving. Breakfast was spectacular and the overall atmosphere was soothing and refreshing. I’m surprised this hotel isn’t rated ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but it most certainly is!
