A perfect accommodation to slot into a busy holiday program. Rest and recharge. This is not suitable accommodation for those who have physical disabilities - lots of stairs and negotiations of stepping stones I stayed here with family for just a couple of nights. Thanks to local family getting me there, I would never have found it on my own. I understand the plan is to employ locals, and have the facility within the community, for their benefit. Only had breakfasts, we were out during the day. The menu is not buffet- yay!! Each individual can order 2 breakfast from the menu- eggs + pancakes for example. I had poached eggs , and fried the following day. Both excellent. The waitress took care to check how I liked the eggs cooked and they did arrive as requested. All my family loved the breakfast menu. It was a beautifully appointed accommodation, quiet and peaceful, comfortable beds, tv and the usual hotel supplies. However, not much privacy between bathroom and the bedroom. It didn’t bother me, but I imagine it could be an issue for some. Could not fault the staff, they were always attentive , informative, and greeted us politely.

Nice hotel with a distance less than an hour from bangkok. Pool villa room and service is outstanding. However, the breakfast choice is quite limited compared to the price of the hotel. Ps. Not recommended for the guest who use wheel chair

We had a bad experience with strong sewer odor in our room, in what otherwise would have been a great hotel experience. The location is fantastic and the overall design of the hotel was really outstanding. Rooms have been thoughtfully designed, with amazing views over the river. But what destroyed our experience at this hotel was that our room smelled like we were walking in a foul sewer, and the way the hotel handled this incident. We immediately notified the hotel after arrival about this problem and asked them to fix it. Unfortunately they didn’t fix the cause, but only put an electronic air filter into the room. We woke up at 2am to an extremely foul stench and it was hard to fall back to sleep. Not exactly what I expected from a 9500 baht per night luxury room. Upon checkout we complained again, and there was no compensation at all given, just a quick sorry - this is not how I expect a luxury property to treat their guests.
