Accommodated us with an early check in. Modern design hotel, spacious rooms with full amenities, clean and new. Welcoming guest service, I loved the Arabic coffee at the reception and the air diffusers at the hallways. Strategic location with a cafe inside that has milk alternatives, it seemed to have good coffee. I will be back inshallah!
Had a very lovely stay for nights at Alma Hotel for a work engagement. The decor, facilities and staff are all top notch - very responsive and welcoming, food was great and the sleep was excellent! I will certainly be visiting and staying here again. Real value for money paid. Check it out if ever in Riyadh. You'll be glad you did.
I recently stayed at Alma Hotel. The hotel's interior has a unique design and offers specific features, such as basement parking with valet service, which I greatly appreciated. However, there are a few areas where the hotel needs serious improvement to maintain its rating. The main issues are technical: the air conditioning system and the central phone system did not work during my stay. The hotel phone only gave a "zero", with no response from staff or way to connect with any department—everything is managed from the reception, which significantly affects the quality of service. Alarming system is very annoying for the guest without prior announcements for testing. The insulation system is poor, which causes disturbance from guests in the adjacent room, with no privacy for the guest. Housekeeping service was also disappointing and did not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel. Amenities in the room were incomplete or missing, and when I requested more, it took a full day before they were delivered. Unfortunately, guest requests are often ignored without clear reason. Another point to mention is the quality of the pillows, which were very hard and uncomfortable. I was unable to use them and had to sleep without a pillow. Overall, while there are some positive aspects, I believe the hotel management urgently needs to review and address these issues to improve guests’ experience and maintain their reputation.
