We really enjoyed our stay here in March 2025. The resort is nice and tidy and well maintained with easy access paths and stairs as required. The water fountains around the resort are well thought out and a great addition as you don’t need to worry about purchasing multiple bottles of bottled spring water - just take your own insulated drink bottle and you are all set. We liked our room as it was nice and peaceful in the adults only area and it was close to the main restaurant. The restaurant food was good, we ate there pretty much the whole time. The servings are quite large, good value for money but the “small bites” on the menu were still quite big. Sometimes I would have just preferred something like a muffin or sandwich etc The pool was absolutely lovely, warm, lots of seating and again, nice and tidy. The beach out the front of the resort is also really nice and good snorkeling too! We appreciated the remote location as we wanted a lazy resort holiday and the airport transfer was great. They do run daily tours and have vehicle hire at the resort if that is what you are after. We hired a vehicle for one day during our trip and did a bit of sightseeing. The fiafia night was amazing, a definite must do when you stay here. Overall we enjoyed our getaway at Saletoga Sands and you could do as little or as much as you want on your holiday

We had a lovely time. Staff were wonderful to deal with very happy and always pleasant. No problem with the food either was delightful. Not sure why there are negative comments. Resort was top notch first time here and would happily stay again. A wonderful holiday and a beautiful place. The entertainment was awesome.

Resort was clean, tidy and local staff were very helpful and efficient. The pool set up is great. The owner was extremely rude - when I asked for some bedding for my son who had vomited (stay clear of the seafood pizza) she told me we should not have 4 children in our villa. When I explained I had paid for 4 and it was confirmed by email with the manager she said absolutely not, was extremely rude to her staff and told them to sort it out, then stalked off leaving me at reception wondering if we were going to have to pay for another room. Luckily the local staff were so accommodating. Food is hit and miss - the pizzas are terrible, salmon poke bowl was inedible as rice was hard and soaked in rice vinegar. The dinner specials are generally good (sweet and sour fish was dish of the holiday) and buffet night was great. It would be good if there were more salad meals for dinner, like the lunch menu, and veg options for kids otherwise it's all fried. The cultural night was lack lustre compared to other island one's, probably as there is no stage so it's just in the middle of the restaurant, but the buffet and fire dance were great. A missed opportunity is providing a packed lunch as we were out and about each day and food is hard to come by. If you have kids the lack of a complete walled off room may put you off in the villa but it is very spacious. Overall I would recommend for price and facilities, it was a shame about the the incident with the owner but otherwise the staff were fantastic.
