Salles Hotel Aeroport de Girona

We had a great weekend stay here. Everything was top notch. Only thing was the pillows not great but we were given more when asked, so much appreciated the effort. Staff was excellent in all regards. Restaurant was very nice, we had 3 meals, all good. Pool and sauna all excellent. Free shuttle to and from airport. Price reasonable for what we got so would stay again.

Gentleman from reception definitely let himself in my room at night asking me to come to reception to pay my bill. Have recorded the incident and reported it so not sure why hotel is denying that this happened. And I definitely went to reception in the morning before I left to arrange to get on the next shuttle service which receptionist arranged would off thought I would get a apology not some lies

Rooms are really small and smelly. And I kept on getting phone calls from the gentleman receptionist (old guy with glasses)asking if he can come to my room to provide extras ? Not really sure what that is about but ringing my room over 10 times at midnight is not acceptable
