This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are well-equipped, making it incredibly relaxing. The environment is elegant, and the hotel’s service is excellent. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Whether for leisure travel or business stays, this is an excellent choice! Special thanks to Francisco and Diego for making my stay even more memorable! Their professionalism and friendly attitude were truly heartwarming. Not as advertised, don't understand the high rating. Could be a low cost option, but for the same price you can find a lot better in same area. Breakfast was mediocre. Window view was the only good thing.
The security of the hotel is really bad; a man just walked into the hotel restaurant from the street, and stole my backpack. It doesn't make any sense that anyone can just freely walk in and there is no one at the door to check them, and to protect the hotel guests. Very disappointed. The rooms are ok.
