Sallés Hotel Mas Tapiolas

We had a fantastic stay with our 3-year old daughter. She felt very welcome – from the kids’ bathrobe and slippers to the great children’s menu and the fun play area. The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely pool area, stunning surroundings, and stylish, comfortable rooms. The food and wine were excellent. A truly family-friendly place with great attention to detail. We’d definitely love to come back!

Exquisite! Beautiful setting and views. Peaceful and relaxing surrounded by farms, rolling hills. Our tasting menu dinner was amazing (a lot of food!), breakfast buffet with many choices. The room and bed comfortable and staff friendly and kind.

A hideaway amongst the hills of Northern Spain, within easy reach of the coast/beach and nearby Girona. The hotel is peaceful and on the most part luxury, although finishing touches and small details could be improved to make the hotel better - such as drinks and iced flannels should be offered around the pool (even if only water in a small fridge, to which guests could help themselves), the baby pool has tiling which needs to be repaired, the fountain/pond was not working, there were no vanity items in the bathrooms (one must request these which is annoying when trying to relax), the shower leaked enormously throughly soaking the bathroom floor etc. The restaurant staff were absolutely fantastic, they were so warm and welcoming and were generous and kind with our toddler. The reception staff, particularly a lady called Rosa, were sometimes unwelcoming and did not do much to accommodate or make us feel invited to enjoy the bodega, padel or pitch and putt. Overall good value for money but there is the potential for some easy changes to make the hotel wonderful.
