Sallés Hotel Pere IV

We had a lovely stay at this hotel during our trip to Barcelona. The location is excellent — within walking distance to major attractions and the beach. We didn’t need to use public transport at all, which made everything even more convenient. The room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and the daily housekeeping was impeccable — everything spotless throughout our stay. We only tried the breakfast on our last day, but it was definitely worth it: a generous buffet with everything you could want. The spa was okay — not the best I’ve been to, but still a nice addition. I do wish it stayed open later than 9 PM. As for the rooftop, it was beautiful and had a great vibe, but unfortunately, it closed even with a bit of rain and didn’t reopen that day. Overall, this is a hotel I would absolutely recommend, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Barcelona.

The staff were very helpful throughout my stay, always friendly and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and up to standard. One of the highlights was the superb rooftop — it offered a fantastic view of Barcelona and was a great place to relax. However, the location was a bit tricky to navigate, and the street noise at night, mainly due to a nearby nightclub, could be quite disruptive. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service and facilities, though light sleepers might want to take the noise into account.

I give this beautiful hotel 5 stars because it ticked every box for me. My room was so nice and loved the doors opening out to the balcony with spectacular views while I sipped in wine listening to music. The roof top bar was a whole new level again wonderful views, tapas and very luxurious areas to sit, looked fantastic at night. There was also a firework display I watched from the roof top bar as well as my balcony, firework display went on until the late hours due to annual Spanish celebrations.. that wax a memorable night! I loved the pool, spa steam/ sauna rooms as well.. I honestly have not a negative thing to say accept one member of staff, a Karen lol who really you’ll get that anywhere, thank you everyone I had a wonderful time at your hotel
