The area of the hotel is very well designed and beautiful. The rooms have luxurious vibe. It is a great choice for groups of friends as well as couples (especially outside the season as the city is not as crowded as during the summer).
The location is near the sea, which is nice on paper. But the actual experience was… far from relaxing. The room had a serious insect problem. Ants were all over the bed, crawling on the pillows and sheets, and even inside our luggage. It wasn’t just one or two—there were dozens, possibly more. I couldn’t sleep properly, constantly brushing them off throughout the night. This is not just inconvenient, it raises serious hygiene and cleanliness concerns. The air conditioner also stopped working multiple times during the night, making the room hot and humid—a perfect climate for bugs, apparently. Due to the heat, I couldn't fall asleep all night. The front desk just told me that I needed to cut off the power supply for a while and restart the air conditioner. This meant that I had to get up once an hour in the middle of the night to turn on the air conditioner again. When I mentioned these issues to the front desk, I was told no compensation was possible because I had already checked in. That’s an odd policy—how can anyone find out about these problems without staying the night? To make matters worse, we heard that another guest reportedly lost over 100,000 Turkish lira in cash at the hotel. That added a serious question mark around safety and security. Between the bugs, broken AC, poor hygiene, and dismissive service, this is not a hotel I would return to—or recommend.
If I could leave 0 starts, I would… The slowest service in my life, and the most terrible sushi I tried. We ordered Philadelphia sushi, tempura roll, and mixed pizza. We have been waiting for more than 25min. We got warm Philadelphia sushi with very weird rice there, either it was just boiled or it was just bad generally. The tempura was absolute disaster, old avocado and shrimp. Pizza could even better in Migros at this point. It came last and the worst dough I ever seen. It looked like this pizza for the frizzer for 2 months and they reheated it twice before they served. Despite the worst food they also took so long to bring the bill. I swear I wish we left without paying because it was not worth it DONT ADVICE THIS PLACE TO ANYONE
