Stayed here with 8 of my friends. Our stay was lovely, clean rooms and bathrooms, need bedsheets and towels. Owner was amazing! Only negative thing I’ll pinpoint is the location, the road to the appartment/house is quite bad but luckily we visited in the spring so it wasn’t a big problem for us. But during winter it would be so difficult because of the slipperiness and the distance to the first packing. Asides that our stay was amazing.

There is NO air conditioning anywhere!!! It's simply impossible in such heat. The entrance to the hotel is through construction, and some sewage that stinks all over the street. The road is almost nonexistent, there is no parking as such, the cars are parked on gravel. The walls are thin, the doors creak, the water in the shower has a very unpleasant smell. The breakfasts are good, the restaurant is very small. If you don't care about where you spend the night, it's fine. But it's definitely not 4 stars :(

If you want to ruin your vacation, then this is the place for you. Everything is terrible, starting from the dirt in the room and ending with the "friendly" staff, who show you with all their might, we are not happy with you. They did me a favor by cleaning the room at my request. Breakfast from 9 and not a minute earlier, the child wakes up at 6 and asks for food, I had to win back the kettle. Breakfast is nothing, small room, everyone is crowded on one square meter, some kind of crazy place. It's good that we stayed there for 2 days, because we wanted to escape that very day. The worst hotel, not with 4 stars, even one would be too much here. The biggest impression was the lack of "soundproofing". There were some horses on the fourth floor, they stomped so much that it seemed that the ceiling was falling on their heads. And of course, gatherings on the summer terrace until one in the morning with screams and wild roars. The water smells like sewage, everything is dirty, there are no words. The bed is also a matter of impressions that change doubtfully. Closing the balcony door is another test, well, the glass there probably hasn't been washed since the hotel opened.
