Stylish boutique hotel adjacent to Parque 93, in a serene yet lively neighborhood. The room was gorgeous, with a beautiful view and pleasant balcony. Relaxing walk-in rain shower with L'Occitane bathing products. Charming hotel personnel: Andrea at the front desk and Sebastian in valet were the first to welcome me and make me feel at home. Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy the famous rooftop restaurant Corona Vista since it was closed for private events, but everything else was perfect. I would love to return to this peaceful and luxurious hotel!
Perfect hotel for our short stay in Bogotá! Everyone at the hotel from the security, front desk, and restaurant staff were professional and so welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. They provide everything you’d need. Thank you for making us feel at home! We can’t wait to be back. There is some street noise at night, which could be a bother if you’re an early and light sleeper. For us it wasn’t an issue.
Had one of the worst experiences we have ever had with a hotel here. They prevented us from getting our room because we had a minor (son's girlfriend) with us and we didn't have a NOTARIZED letter from the parent to stay. Had no place to go and a 5 and 15 year old kid starving. Went to another Hilton and had no problem. The manager even said she didn't care when we said we had no place to go.
