Excellent costumer service , from my first step in the hotel I was greeted by the concierge, who assisted me with the luggage and transfer. The hotel was fully booked, but luckily the lady from the front desk managed to find a room for me , she was so kind , polite and helpful. Very clean , tidy and comfortable room. With the amenities that it has you feel safe and welcome . Cozy room , with a balcony , safe locker , and beautiful view of the mountains . The hotel has great facilities like restaurant where you can have fresh tasty breakfast, jacuzzi ,sauna pool and Spa services . It has a great location, because is just few minutes from the bus station, that will take you to the gondola 🚠. Perfect for those who love the explore the nature , hiking🥾, skiing ⛷️ , snowboarding 🏂 . I am truly amazed with the professionalism and dedication from this hotel .

Incredible cozy hotel on mountain! Love it 😍 some stuffs foreigners works. I didn’t immediately realize that I was in Kazakhstan 😀 The atmosphere is ambiguous and from the 80s, expensive pretentious buildings with incredible mosaics. service at the highest level. The restaurant is absolutely amazing and delicious. steaks, barbecue, wines are very good. The room is wide and the view from the window is simply gorgeous. The mattress is soft and the bed linen is clean! the impressions were incredible! stuff is friendly and smiling! many thanks to the receptionist, the girl’s name is Zhazira. my highest recommendations!!!

This is a hotel you can very comfortably relax in: the room, balcony, view at breakfast in the morning and open access to the pool and sauna were very nice; the air also feels that bit crisper at the elevation of its location. It’s not just next door to Almaty but close enough if you need to go in. It’s a (very) short taxi ride from the Medeu cable car base and also Auyl restaurant and other places between the hotel and the city. We didn’t get chance to discover the restaurant as there was an event there one evening and we had plans elsewhere on our second night so we can’t comment on this. The general welcome at reception wasn’t quite as warm as the demeanor of the friendly Nigerian chap who helps with luggage in the lobby but, you get your key card. Overall, a place where you can work and relax very comfortably with a variety of decent places to eat out a short taxi ride away.
